Volunteering is an essential element to our project work and we are proud to have worked with hundreds of volunteers over the last few years. The skills and confidence gained through volunteering has led to a number of different employment outcomes for past volunteers including employment with the MCT itself.

What we do

MCT organises local projects such as May Day and Christmas events; we provide venues for advice provision, IT skills and adult literacy and we run sessions in various venues across Neath Port Talbot to help people become digitally included.

One of our latest projects is looking at help to relieve the problem of loneliness. Through our interactions with local people including our volunteers we seek to be led by local needs to provide needed services.
